Where companies allow notification via either a letter or an email, which type of
document would you prefer us to provide?
(Note: some companies do not provide a choice so you may still receive both letters
and emails, regardless of your preference).
Certified kit customers We strongly recommend letter preference, as
this will result in less administration for you. Our team handles dispatch of your
letters and forms.
